Terms of Service

By using TubeLeads you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

TubeLeads helps you discover YouTube creators whose public business contact details match your campaign criteria, draft outreach emails, and send them from your own connected email account. Lead data is gathered from publicly available sources.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service for legitimate business outreach only. You must not use it to send spam or unlawful marketing, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach (including PECR/GDPR in the UK/EU and CAN-SPAM in the US). Emails send from your own account and you remain the sender of record.

YouTube API Services

TubeLeads uses YouTube API Services to find creator channels. By using the discovery features you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. We only ever read public channel information, and our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we collect, how long we keep it, and how a creator can have their channel removed.

You must not use TubeLeads to scrape, mirror or republish YouTube content, to build a competing index of YouTube data, or to contact creators who have asked not to be contacted. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

Exports: your obligations for YouTube data

Inside TubeLeads, YouTube data is refreshed at least every 30 days or deleted, as the YouTube API Services Developer Policies require. When you download a CSV export, that data leaves our systems and the same obligation becomes yours. By exporting, you agree that for any YouTube-sourced information in the file — channel names, subscriber counts, view counts, upload counts and channel URLs:

• you will not keep it for more than 30 calendar days from the "YouTube data read on" date in the file, and after that you will either delete it or refresh it from YouTube;
• you will delete it sooner if we tell you a creator has asked to be removed, or if you learn the channel has been deleted or made private;
• you will not republish it, sell it, or use it to build or supply a dataset, index or product derived from YouTube data; and
• you will not use it to calculate or publish your own scores, ratings or estimated metrics derived from YouTube figures.

Contact details you have used to start a business conversation — an email you have actually written to, and the reply — are your own business records and are not caught by the 30-day limit. The YouTube statistics attached to them are.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Trials convert only when you choose a plan. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Lead accuracy depends on publicly available data and is not guaranteed. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
